The View from Villa del Balbianello
Posted by Kevin SharkeyDuring my recent trip to Italy, I visited Villa del Balbianello on the western shores of Lake Como. The complex, which was commissioned by Cardinal Angelo Maria Durini, was built at the end of the 18th century. The villa is surrounded by a breathtaking gardens and it's filled with lovely Italian artifacts. Take a look at what caught my eye while I was there.
