A couple of weeks ago, two colleagues and close friends of mine, Sarah Carey, Vice President and Editor-in-Chief of Everyday Food and Thomas Joseph, the director of Food Development, suggested that we should (meaning they would) go to the farmer's market and buy whatever was the best and freshest that the season had to offer. Along with some bucatini pasta from our pantry line available at JCPenney, Sarah and Thomas cooked up the delicious fresh produce into an amazing spread for us all to enjoy.
