Just in case you did not have the opportunity to attend the New York International Gift Fair in January, I wanted to introduce you to Banquet Atelier and Workshop.
Based out of Vancouver, this design studio creates charming note cards, notebooks and notepads, gift wrap, and playful tattoos. But their educational screen prints are by far my favorite item.
Collaging fascinating creatures and plantlife by similarities, their prints explore and teach about the natural world around us. Did you know of the Mola Mola (aka Ocean Sunfish), or the Pancake Batfish, or the Kingfisher Bird? With bits of information included about each of the animals pictured, these prints are both modern and enriching.
