Since the Olympic games are winding down, I wanted to write a post about the Olympic city—London. The Light of London is a collection of textural black and white images by Jean-Michael Berts. The photographs were taken on empty London streets at dawn. I appreciate the quiet light and the majestic quality of the city's uncrowded roadways. Take a look at some of the beautiful photos below.

I love this series from Assouline. The images from this one are particularly stunning. Missing London already!
