2 Add candy pieces to the centers of cupcakes. Fill liners half way with batter then drop in your favorite candies. Cover with remaining batter and bake as usual.
5 Melt down chocolates to create shells for serving berries or ice cream. Inflate balloons and clip them with a binder clip. Dunk balloons into slightly cooled, melted chocolate. Wait about a minute and then dunk again. Place chocolate dipped balloons on a parchment lined baking sheet and refrigerate until set. Remove balloons from shells.
