Add candy pieces to the centers of cupcakes.  Fill liners half way with batter then drop in your favorite candies.  Cover with remaining batter and bake as usual.

You'll end up with a delicious, gooey candy center.  Yum!

Break up large pieces of chocolate and sprinkle them over ice cream.

Melt down chocolates to create shells for serving berries or ice cream.  Inflate balloons and clip them with a binder clip.  Dunk balloons into slightly cooled, melted chocolate.  Wait about a minute and then dunk again. Place chocolate dipped balloons on a parchment lined baking sheet and refrigerate until set.  Remove balloons from shells.
