While in Paris I had the pleasure of visiting La Tuile A Loup, a wonderful shop in downtown Paris that has an exquisite collection of handcrafted french wares. Eric Goujou has currated a beautiful shop and I was lucky enough to meet him. Have a look:

Eric Goujou in his beautiful shop that was chock-full of treasures.
I really really wanted to buy this covered dish. The geese were so elegantly rendered and I loved the color.
The pig would make a really great centerpiece.
It would be very easy to start a collection.
I was obsessed by these dishes but I knew that they would never make it home in one piece.
They would be perfect to set a table for a summer or fall lunch. They look like prize winning kale.

I really liked the colors used on this egg dish and the polka dotted bow is especially charming.
Great for an autumn table.
I love the way that this classic shape takes on a modern twist because of the glazing.
Polka dots and stripes are a great combo.
Love the color combo!
I am coveting these plates. There were numerous color combos. One was more beautiful than the next.
These large plates remind me of plates that Martha and I had seen in Istanbul a few years ago.
After we finished shopping we took a stroll around the neighborhood and checked out a few of the local markets. It is an extremely charming neighborhood and I wish we could have stayed a little longer as there were plenty of shops to explore.
