This week we will be counting down to the New Year. I will be sharing with you an idea a day to make sure that you ring in the new year having as much fun a s possible. Today, I would like to share with you an idea that I have used when throwing a big party: Helium balloons. Covering a ceiling with shimmering white and silver balloons really makes a statement to your guests!
