Dienst+Dotter Antiques

Posted by

Jill Dienst, owner of Dienst and Dotter, has one of the best eyes for Scandinavian antiques that I know of, and just happens to be a dear friend.  She has just opened a new location at 411 Lafayette Street in New York City, and I recently had the pleasure of visiting her with two of my colleagues. Jill launched Dienst+Dotter in 2005, and before that she spent time working with the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Didier Aaron, Inc., and with Jacques Grange's design studio. Her store is full of Scandinavian and European antiques. Her unique pairing of traditional and modern pieces makes her shop one of a kind.
