Book Friday: Bals

Posted by

If you're like me, holiday season means one thing: really amazing parties. Today's Book Friday is a spotlight on a book that draws on the costumes of just-past Halloween season but in an ultra-glamorous, infamous way.

Bals is a book about balls, the swankiest, most daring and memorable parties that the 20th century was lucky enough to host. The images are incredible, not only for their breadth of destinations and characters but also pure extravagance. Let these images take you to other worlds of delight. Enjoy!
