I really like the look of these schoolhouse style fixtures.  Here the Jefferson ceiling mount is paired with the pendant style Rose City.  The painted shades add a colorful detail.

The Hood pendant is another new fixture.  The large shade was designed in 1915 to accommodate the new technology of the higher wattage Mazda C light bulbs but it still looks great with today's smaller bulbs.

Rejuvenation is a lighting and house parts company that was founded in 1977 in Portland, Oregon.  The company has a passion for old houses and buildings and specializes in period authentic reproductions.  The light fixtures and many of their other products are made right in Portland.  Many of Rejuvenations offerings can be customized so you can really make them your own.  Their diverse product lines span from the 1870s through the 1960s and include Victorian, Period Basics, Classic Revival, Old World, Arts & Crafts, Colonial Revival, Mid Century Modern and Deco.  They also sell fully restored antique lighting and hardware on their website.  Rejuvenation is a great resource for homeowners who are renovating and want to stay true to their home's era and anyone in search of beautiful lighting, hardware and house parts.  We included Rejuvenation as one of our go to sources in our special section:  The Home 100 Great Finds in the September issue of Living.  I hope that you'll like them as much as we do.

  • love rejuvenation! their lighting is traditional yet original and their hardware is hard to beat. i used their knobs on my kitchen cabinets and they look so pretty!
