Now that the larger apartment decisions have been made (flooring, paint, furniture, rugs, etc.), I am starting to think about accessories. For some reason, maybe its a need to have a party, I have been inspired by table linens lately. Napkins, runners, placemats. I cannot stop looking at images and imaging all of the wonderful meals I can host. I've been combing the market for ideas as well as looking to the pages of Martha Stewart Living. Here's what I have found.

I especially like the picture of the linens with the "N" initials (#8). "NR" were my initials before I was married. You don't see those letters together very often!

Hello Kevin,
Thanks for including Creative Women's napkins in your array of napkins for the holiday (#2,3,4). I've sent the blog url to some of the women we work with in Ethiopia (the creators of these lovely textiles), so that they can see how appreciated their products are. One of these women once said to me that one of the major reasons she exports her products is that she wants people around the world to think of beautiful things when they think of Ethiopia. You've helped her on her mission.

These look amazing! I especially like the fog linen. I really think that it would complement the copper pans that I have. I just love to serve my food to people within my copper pots and pans because I think it adds a nice accent to the whole atmosphere I'm trying to represent when I have house guests.

Where would I find MYdrape napkins (napkins on a roll) that were featured in your "Great Finds" section on LIVING magazine - may have even been last year? I cut out the picture but no other info - sorry. Thanks for helping. Judy Bowker

Beautiful suggestions and ideas that will help the cook show the extra effort taken to serve from his/her kitchen, thank you
