I have a balcony on the northwest corner of my apartment (off of my living room) with wonderful views of the Hudson River. Though I will probably keep it clear and clean of any clutter, I wouldn't mind incorporating a small garden similar to this one.
If I do end up creating an outdoor sitting area on the balcony, I would love a chair/ottoman combination in a similarly sleek style.
This sconce has two lighting options, making it great for a reading nook. The above light could highlight a piece of artwork while the bottom light serves as task lighting.
I got a lot of inspiration for closet organization while I was visiting homes in Palm Springs. Clear storage drawers make it so much easier to find what you're looking for - I may just have to borrow this idea for the storage closet in my library/guest room.
The flooring in this closet space has a lot of character. I also really love using mirrors in small spaces like closets - they serve a useful purpose when you're getting ready, and make the space appear larger and brighter.
I'm considering a few different hardware options for the consoles in my living/dining room area - these cube-shaped door pulls would look great!
I also like the simplicity of these flat, rectangular pulls, especially chic when they're installed side-by-side like this.
I love all things faux-bois, and this plywood wall is no exception.
The fact that this beautiful and elegant paneling was achieved by simply staining plywood gray inspires me to continue to look for simple solutions, as they are always the best.
There are so many reasons why I covet this space: the over-sized couch with elongated sides, the graphic carpet, the walls of glass, and that view overlooking the entire valley is just stunning.
Living in a space with a lot of glass windows/walls can be both a blessing and a curse - while I love the heaps of natural light, it can feel a bit overwhelming sometimes. I love the idea of installing frosted glass panels on the bottom two-thirds of the walls, as seen in this office. It makes the sunlight a lot more bearable, especially in Palm Springs where it is sunny 365 days a year!
I am so in love with this rug that I'm speechless.
This clock is so modern. I'm looking for a similar design for somewhere in my apartment, I just can't decide where!
The head-to-toe marble and the lounge area next to the sunken bathtub are both so beautifully executed, it inspires me to make my master bathroom into a place of comfort and ease.
